09/26/2007 - New York, NY (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, linebacker Keith Bulluck of the Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver/kick returner Yamon Figurs were named the AFC Players of the Week for the third week of the NFL season.

Brady posted a career-best passer rating and tied his career-high with four touchdown passes in New England's 38-7 win over Buffalo. Brady completed 23- of-29 passes for 311 yards, engineering a pair of scoring drives with his team trailing midway through the second quarter. He also tacked on a four-yard TD pass in the second half before teaming up with Randy Moss on a 45-yard scoring strike down the right sideline to seal the victory and his eighth career Player of the Week award.

Bulluck tied a Titans' franchise record while nabbing a career-high three interceptions in a 31-14 Monday night trouncing of the New Orleans Saints. All three picks were tossed by Saints QB Drew Brees, with the first coming in the second quarter and the final two in the fourth.

Bulluck also became the first linebacker since Arizona's Ronald McKinnon (1988) to have three interceptions in a game. It is Bulluck's first Player of the Week honor.

Figurs became the third rookie in Ravens history to return a punt for a touchdown in Baltimore's 26-23 victory over Arizona. Figurs galloped 75 yards for his first career TD, and also returned two kickoffs for 64 yards.

This is Figurs' first Player of the Week award.
